We have several bank account numbers. You can transfer money to one of our bank accounts. It is important that you mention your case number in the description.

With our online tool you can always check what amount is still outstanding. We use your dutch mobile number to send you a sms. With the code in this message you can use our online tool and immediately pay your outstanding amount. If your mobile number is not registered in our system, contact us by chat. You can use our online tool the next day.
If you are unable to pay all at once, you can apply for a payment arrangement online. Press the button ‘Request payment plan’, fill in the form and we will consider your proposal. We let you know within 2 business days whether we can agree to your proposal.

When you don’t agree with the claim or you think that a mistake has been made, then you can submit an objection. Please fill in the form below. We ask you to fill in the form and support your story with evidence. We will review your objection and send a response by e-mail. Meantine, the case will be put on hold.
